1. Services

Devino Labs provides:

• IT consulting and installation
• Workflow optimization
• Custom software development

Services are defined per contract or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Cooperate during service delivery
• Not misuse or disrupt services

3. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Consultation fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Project work requires a deposit before work begins
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

• Clients own final deliverables after full payment
• Devino Labs retains ownership of:
  • Pre-existing tools
  • Frameworks
  • Reusable code

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer systems
• Interfere with service operations

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devino Labs is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses or missed opportunities

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Misuse is detected

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
